We are committed to working with patients; offering flexible payment plans in order to keep orthodontic treatment affordable for those who need it! Several financing options are available. Down payment is required at start of service. We accept most credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. We also accept most insurance including: Cigna, Benesight, Aetna PPO & DMO, United Concordia, Uni Care 100 & 200, American Dental Plan, Ameriben, Fortis/Assurant, Dente Max, Dental Health Alliance, Employers’ Dental Services, BCBAS, MetLife, Delta Dental, Principal Plan, UHC, DeCare, Delta Care, Guardian, Careington and Affordable Family Health.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
